Enable USB Debugging on your LG Nexus 4 from the settings panel.

Install SlimBean Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Custom ROM On Your LG Nexus 4:
Now, below is the detailed tutorial on how to install Slimbean Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Custom ROM on your LG Nexus 4 Android Smartphone:
First of all, make sure that you’ve downloaded the ROM kit and the GA-Apps kit listed above.
Now connect your LG Nexus 4 to your computer.
Copy/Paste the ROM kit and the GA-Apps kit to your external SD card.
Now disconnect your LG Nexus 4 from your computer.
Power of your LG Nexus 4.
Now boot into recovery mode by pressing the Volume Up+Power+Home keys at the same time.
