Rooting the Samsung Galaxy Trend Android phone isn’t a real hard task, because you get some direct and easy tools to use and root the device, and we had already shared one Galaxy trend rooting tutorial which worked for a few people but didn’t work for many, thus we are sharing this tutorial which can work as a good alternative for rooting the dual SIM Galaxy Trend GT-S7392 smartphone.
The Galaxy Trend is a mid-range smartphone with the Dual-SIM connectivity, and here we are talking of the GT-S7392 model. Check below for the different steps.
Samsung Galaxy Trend Rooting Steps
Please note that the battery life of the phone should be at least 50% so that the process happens successfully and doesn’t stop in between because of the low battery. The other requirements for this are:
Download Samsung Kies software for your Windows computer, so that the drivers are installed for the Galaxy Trend. Download Link
Now, you need to enable the USB debugging mode in the Samsung Galaxy Trend. For that, you need to go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging > select the option to enable it.
Download the Root Master application:

Install this downloaded Root Master application, and it would be in Chinese language so follow the steps as given below to guide yourself through the Rooting process. Once the installation of the software is completed, open it and connect the Galaxy Trend smartphone to the computer.
Remember that only if you have installed the Samsung Kies software, the Root Master will detect the smartphone and list it in the screen as the model number S7392. Click on the device name and it would open the dedicated page where a red color button for Rooting in the bottom right would be shown.
Once you have clicked that button, wait until the software does its part and the smartphone reboots and the SuperSU app is installed in it. There would be a tick with the model number and ROOT written beside it when the process completes, indicating that the rooting process is done successfully.
There will be a SuperSU app shown in the list of apps in the interface and you can confirm the rooting process by downloading the Root Checker application from the Google Play Store.
This is reported by many users to be working correctly, more than the other Galaxy Trend rooting tutorial we had shared earlier, and we would be happy to solve any problems you are facing while doing this process of rooting.
