LG G Pro Lite

The G Pro Lite from LG comes with the 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen having a qHD display with screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It’s an IPS display with multi-touch and the smartphone has four system touch based buttons in the bottom below the screen. Internally powered by the 1 GHz MT6577 Dual Core Processor, the LG G Pro Lite D686 has 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of ROM, in which the user available storage is about 4 GB.

The G Pro Lite is a Dual-SIM smartphone with the two GSM SIM cards supported, and for the price of Rs. 18,599 (as of Nov 2013), it is a very decent smartphone in the large screen range, as the Samsung Galaxy Grand duos is priced quite similarly and it isn’t that good a product when you compare it with this.

On the rear side, there is a 8-megapixel camera with the LED flash, and the camera supports 720p HD video recording, while on the front side there is a 1.3-megapixel shooter. The rear camera has a BSI sensor and ther are different shooting modes, settings and also an image editor.

The LG G Pro Lite supports 3G connectivity and the other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. The storage can be expanded to 32GB using a MicroSD card. The battery included in the G Pro Lite is 3140 mAh, which is quite good for long usage on a single charge.

It runs the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and there are a lot of pre-installed applications from Google and LG together in the smartphone.
