Nexus 5 Official Photo

The Nexus 5 device from Google is about to be launched in a few days from now, and surprisingly most of the specifications and details about this smartphone are already leaked and most of them are quite true because they are not just the rumors as before. Google did show a picture and the pricing info on the Play Store page, and later removed it but that was enough for people to get a glimpse of the new device that is to come from the Android makers.

First off, the Google Nexus 5 is going to come with a 4.95-inch capacitive touchscreen, and this time it would be a Full HD display under the screen, and the internal powering would be excellent, with Google placing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocking at 2.3 GHz speed.

What we would be getting to see totally new for any smartphone, is the Google Android 4.4 KitKat version, which would be coming first to the Nexus 5. This would be the stock ROM that many other devices would later come with, but the Nexus 5 would be the first smartphone to receive the future updates too. The device is supposedly coming with a 13-megapixel camera with a flash, and the camera this time gets a well noticeable circle around it on the back of the device.

By the looks, the Nexus 5 doesn’t look much different than the previous gen devices of Nexus series, and that is mainly because of the interface which doesn’t come with any customization.

Let’s wait and see what Google has planned to bring out for the heavy number of Nexus fans. Are you excited about this?
